STEEL
(used for benches, planters, handrails, litter bins, signboards, bollards, cycle rack, tree protections, shelters and bus shelters)
The steel used to manufacture our products or part of them is hot galvanized and painted according to the required Ral.
STAINLESS STEEL
(used for benches, planters, handrails, litterbins, ashtrays, bollards)
Stainless steel can be AISI 304 or 316 (more resistant and lasting) according to the client’s request. Next to the manufacturing process the stainless steel is treated with chemical processes to enhance its technical and visual properties.
WOOD
(Used for benches, eco-islands, signboards)
We use precious and highly resistant woods, like iroko or similar. According to the client’s request we also use pine or larch. Treatment through impregnating paint guarantees a long term duration.
CONCRETE
(used for benches, planters, litter bins, bollards, cycle blocks, tree protections, fountains, shelters and bus shelters)
Portland concrete having strength 400 kg/m2, made from white or grey river aggregates. The concrete is treated with anti-decay paints.
MARBLE STONES
(Used for planters, bollards, benches, tree protections, fountains, litterbins)
Various types of concrete with different strength are mixed together with marble aggregates of suitable size and different colours like white Carrara, yellow, venetian, black ebony, porphyry, red Verona, green Alps. The products are successively treated with anti-decay paints.
COPPER
(used for benches, planters, litter bins, bollards, fountains and covering for bus shelters)
The copper foil 1 mm thick used to coat some of our products is treated with antioxidant paints.
CAST IRON
(used for benches, planters, litterbins, bollards, fountains and tree protections)
We use both laminar and spheroidal cast iron according to the type of product. The hot galvanization process, as hot coating process of steel, assures a very high protection from external agents and a long term duration. The products are successively painted.
FINISHES
CONCRETE SANDBLASTING
The process of sandblasting, achieved through a sand casting process, removes from the surface the very thin parts of sand assuring an even aspect of the product and enhancing the quality of aggregates.
CONCRETE POLISHING
The product is brushed manually or mechanically to give a polished and brilliant appearance.
CONCRETE BUSHHAMMERING
The product is bush-hammered, that is to say finely propped, to assure an even aspect and to enhance the quality of aggregates.
SUBLIMATION AND ANTIGRAFFITI TREATMENT
The sublimation is a modern industrial process that allows the transfer of any kind of image onto the things’ substratum passing through them: the result is an amazing final aesthetic result both for quality of colours and for resolution and definition of pictures. Parts of products undergone the sublimation process can have an optional treatment called antigraffiti, that permit to easily remove vandalisms made with many types of sprays and indelible marker-pen.
